Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PlanItRight (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Description of Service
PlanItRight is a cloud-based project management platform that provides tools for project planning, task management, team collaboration, AI-assisted project insights, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. You may not use another user's account without permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Service. You agree not to upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PlanItRight and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PlanItRight, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. PlanItRight does not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
